士林49年屋　單坪近260萬創紀錄

台北市實價網站今天揭露1筆天價交易案，總價高達88億元，即為今年2月蔡鎮宇的寶豐隆興業，買下新光敦南大樓的1至2、12、地下室B1至B3等6層樓的交易案。
 
另士林區中山北路七段114巷69弄1至50號則有1筆屋齡49年的透天交易案，總面積40.88坪，總價1.06億元，每坪單價259.3萬元，破士林區單價最高紀錄。
 
內湖區則有2筆廠辦交易案，位於文湖街1至50號上，總價分別約為2.37億元、2.28億元，每坪單價皆為38萬元。
 
內湖路一段301~350號有1筆住宅交易，做為工業住宅用戶，總價為1.15億元，每坪單價51.4萬元，總面積223.88坪。
