法人機構指出，美國4月ISM服務業指數由54.4下滑至53.1，大幅低於市場預估的54.0，創下2012年7月以來新低水準，觀察五大組成分子中，新訂單指數由54.6下滑至54.5，反觀存貨指數則由51.5走揚至56.0，透露終端需求復甦力道減弱，今年第2季3廠商將面臨庫存調整。

至於就業指數也由53.3下滑至52.0，顯示美國服務業雇員意願減弱；另值得留意的是，價格指數由55.9 驟降至51.2，創下2012年6月以來新低紀錄，透露民間消費成長動能趨緩，中期美國通縮壓力浮現。
