三得利160億美元併美威士忌業者Beam

三得利（Suntory）宣布以每股83.5美元的現金交易，收購美國威士忌酒製造商Beam，交易金額高達160億美元。

未上市的日本啤酒業者三得利的收購價碼比Beam上周五收盤價還高25%，也包括承擔對方的債務。
