軍審法第2波移審嘉義地檢3件

軍事審判法修正後，軍方今天上午展開第2波案件移交普通司法機關作業，嘉義地檢署共計收到3件案件，其中2件逃亡案件，1件毒品案件，均無人在押，檢方分案接續偵辦，移送案件的軍事南高檢書記官無奈說，「我的單位被裁撤，派調北部，對未來出路感到徬徨」。
