不孕非女性原罪 韓不孕男激增

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2014年1月13日專電）南韓「健康保險公團」的統計，不孕症患者從2008年的16萬2459人，至2012年達19萬1415人，男性不孕年增率11.8%，女性2.5%，男比女高4.7倍。

南韓「中央日報」報導，每10萬人口的患者中，20歲左右的不孕男女均減少，但35至40歲上下的不孕症患者增加，且不孕的中年男性增加顯著。

報導說，不孕是指一對夫婦不避孕，但女方超過1年以上不受孕。女性不孕可能因卵巢功能低降和子宮肌瘤等，男性則是遺傳或睾丸疾病等。

報導指出，南韓京畿道高陽市一山醫院婦產科教授鄭在恩表示，以往不孕的壓力多由女性承受，而如今過度的業務壓力和飲酒、吸菸和環境荷爾蒙的影響，以致不孕男性越來越多。

專家建議，求一男半女，可借助人工受精或試管嬰兒。

報導說，南韓政府自2006年起，給予中低收入家庭人工受精和試管嬰兒補助。

其中人工受精最多3次、每次50萬韓元（約合新台幣1萬4175元），試管嬰兒補助最多4次、每次180萬韓元。
