大家好! 想幫朋友問一下, 跨年前朋友因為開刀需要請病假, 已經請醫生開了醫生證明, 由於朋友開的不是小刀, 他大概會請3~4個星期, 公司方面要求他請醫生註明"宜休養X天" 也就是說要他有個明確的天數, 詢問醫生後, 醫生表示無法這樣寫, 最多只能寫宜休養, 而公司那邊說如果不能註明幾天的話, 那請假假別就只能為事假 (這點我覺得很不合理) 稍早朋友有致電勞工處詢問, 得到的回覆是勞基法沒有規定到這麼細節, 基本上要勞資雙方自行協商恩...因此問題又回到朋友身上, 朋友目前是不曉得該如何跟主管協商才能夠站得住腳, 因此想請教各位, 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.185.190
