【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】南韓企劃財政部周三發布《最近經濟動向》月報－即所謂的「綠皮書」，指南韓經濟復甦跡象明顯，但投資等民間領域的復甦力道仍不穩定；此外，美國的財政情勢與量化寬鬆（QE）政策走向，以及日圓貶值等外部風險仍然存在。這是南韓財政部首度在經濟月報裡，正式將弱勢日圓定調為南韓的外部風險。
