白毛台葡萄 酸甜滋味日港也愛

台中市政府農業局、新社區農會及全聯福利中心聯手行銷新社「白毛台葡萄」， 農業局局長蔡精強說，白毛台葡萄與其他地方的葡萄不同，在於其他地方的葡萄只有甜度沒有香味，白毛台的葡萄，除甜度極高外，且香氣濃郁。擁有酸甜黃金比例的白毛台葡萄遠近馳名，連日本、香港、新加坡都指名要吃，平均甜度16～18度、酸度約3.5。

產銷班第61班班長黃本花說，要種出好的葡萄，除用有機肥料外，還要嚴格控管每串大約30顆，才可以保證甜度。

果農鄧鎮宏說，12月~2月是盛產季節，新社的土壤屬微酸性，種出來的巨峰葡萄與其他地方不一樣，一開始就將葡萄套袋保護，加上日夜溫差大的特性，種出來的葡萄，外皮都布滿均勻果粉；他說，只要果肉豐、色澤亮、果粉多的就是好吃的葡萄。

今年因氣候影響，產量減少一半，全聯社向新社區農會產銷班收購4萬盒，每盒500公克、159元，在全台700家全聯鋪貨。
