《傳產》去年商用不動產、土地及地上權案交易總額逾3200億元

【時報-台北電】根據永慶資產管理統計，2013年億元以上大型地產物業的投資買賣狀況，土地、地上權案及商用不動產的全年交易金額分別為1570億元、443億元、1192億元，合計總金額高達約3205億元。

進一步分析，2013年成交的億元以上商用不動產及地上權案仍由台北市高居雙冠王，台北市商用不動產交易金額約536億元、地上權案交易金額約311億元；土地熱銷區則由新北市以交易金額約295億元奪冠。(新聞來源：工商即時方明)
