餐廳名稱：我家吃麵 消費時間：2013年/5月 地址：台北市大安區和平東路2段118巷4弄2號 電話：02-2732-4612 圖文版：http://blog.2fallingleaves.com/2014/01/blog-post.html 會知道我家吃麵是因為美食評論家胡天蘭的文章。我家吃麵開在巷弄中，人潮不算少。 光看到價位就有點想轉頭就走....但既然都來了，就試試看吧，也許真的好吃到令人驚豔 的程度。 豆干，普通。 朋友點的辣子雞丁麵，你沒看錯，是湯麵，他的說法是其實還滿好吃的，而且辣度也平衡 的不錯。 我點的是招牌的牛肉炸醬麵，麵條其實處理得很不錯，有彈性，牛肉也算嫩且份量還可以 接受，但就是那個醬汁會讓人懷疑是不是店家弄錯了，因為吃不太到炸醬該有的味道，整 碗麵反而像是牛肉乾拌麵。 最後是甜湯綠豆湯，好吧，我實在很不喜歡在這種價位的店裡使用類似嬰兒餐具來盛裝食 物。 其實我覺得我家吃麵的口味不錯，但就是價位實在太貴了，還有那風格獨特的甜湯碗，屏 除這二點，其實可以來吃吃看。 -- 愛吃..喜歡吃.. 總是神遊在日本街頭 兩片葉的落葉 http://2fallingleaves.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.234.24
