庭長外遇提前退休 少拿700萬

今年三月滿六十五歲的台南高分院前庭長李文福，被查出與小他十幾歲的女子進出飯店，他看到自己被跟監的照片後，於今年一月退休，放棄滿六十五歲退休可領約一千二百萬元高額退養金的優惠，損失近七百萬元。

李文福曾任司法院刑事廳副廳長，他於二○一○年回任台南高分院擔任庭長。檢方曾鎖定他偵蒐多時，不過查無刑事罪嫌，最後將他去年六月和一名小他十多歲女子進出新北市一家飯店的照片，移由司法院處理。台南高分院記李警告，司法院也免除他庭長職務；李坦白自己行為失當，立即辦理退休。

司法院昨天召開廉政會報，會議資料指出，去年下半年司法院所屬機關的司法人員（包括行政人員），有七人有婚外情或其他狀況，都已做了行政處理。司法院要求各機關首長必須繼續控管，加強職務監督。
