台灣電視產業 邵逸夫關鍵推手

（中央社記者徐卉台北2014年1月7日電）邵逸夫20年前打破無線三台壟斷局面，成立台灣第一家衛星電視台TVBS，是台灣電視產業關鍵推手。

香港電視廣播有限公司（TVB）創辦人暨榮譽主席邵逸夫今晨逝世，享壽107歲。

TVBS表示，邵逸夫與台灣電視產業淵源極深，20年前TVBS獲得政府許可，成立台灣第一家衛星電視台，打破無線三台長期壟斷的局面，邵逸夫正是當時最關鍵的推手；TVBS對邵逸夫辭世，深感哀悼。

TVBS董事長張孝威表示，「邵逸夫爵士秉持新聞獨立之原則，將香港TVB的經營管理及節目製作模式引進台灣，點燃了台灣電視產業的發展動能，對台灣電視產業的發展有極大的貢獻」。

為緬懷邵逸夫樹立的典範，TVBS新聞台今天深夜11時播出「邵逸夫爵士逝世特輯」，回顧邵逸夫一生中在影視、教育及慈善事業上對華人社會的貢獻。
