德失業人數降 復甦信心增強

（中央社台北2014年1月7日電）德國去年12月失業人數5個月來首度下滑，因這個歐洲最大經濟體的企業信心轉強。

聯邦勞工局（Federal Labor Agency）今天表示，經季節因素調整的失業人數減少1.5萬人至296.5萬人，11月經修正後增加9000人。彭博社訪調的28位經濟師預估中值為減少1000人。經調整後的失業率維持在6.9%不變。

在去年第4季經濟緩慢起步後，德國央行聯邦銀行（Bundesbank）預估未來幾個月國內生產毛額（GDP）將「強勁」攀升。衣佛研究所（Ifo）衡量的12月企業信心攀抵20個月來最高點，企業因歐元區逐步復甦和內需轉強而受惠。

雷根斯堡大學（University of Regensburg）經濟系教授韋柏（Enzo Weber）說：「德國勞動市場表現不錯，就業增加，這已經持續好幾年，且會保持下去。重點是失業人數沒有真正減少。過去兩年失業人數維持穩定，或甚至微幅上升。」韋柏也是勞工局的IAB研究機構兩個研究部門的主管。
