標題[請益] 有關膠原蛋白爆痘情形

阿,又是膠原蛋白的問題...... 最近買了美x選的膠原蛋白(奇異果口味)來吃,想要來讓皮膚變好一點 其實之前就吃過別牌的了.... 但之前吃就發生爆痘情形,尤其是下巴非常可怕... 這次看了看板上評價,決定再嚐試看看... 但,果然悲劇發生了 下巴又冒痘痘了 我大概吃了一盒後,發現這情形,馬上跟客服連絡 客服跟我說,我要繼續吃下去 因為現在是皮膚在代謝,叫我要持之以恆 至少要吃一個月,我目前吃了半個月了.. 他說撐過去就會好的! 雖然這說法,在網路也有看過 但想問問板上的板友們 有沒有吃了爆痘,然後還是繼續吃下去,而度過 過渡期的呢?? 而這過渡期大概要多久呢?? 不知道有沒有板友可以分享一下! 或者要勸我別吃的也可以! 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.221.43
