國軍定期保持2000-4000兵力以備救災

國防部今天在例行記者會表示，國軍為維持後備軍人的戰鬥與服勤技能，採取「兩年一訓」方式，對應召員施以5至7天的教育召集（勤務召集則為1天），其中包括專長複訓、射擊訓練、戰鬥教練、組合教練，並納入災防實務課程。民國102年共實施664梯次教召、勤召，報到率達98%。

國防部表示，為提升整體災害防救能量，已於99年起將災防實務納入教召訓練課程，並結合每年5月至11月的汛期，採取梯次重疊方式，讓本島地區每週均保持3至6個營級部隊，共2000至4000人在訓，可依令投入救災任務。
