多元服務 全聯瓔搶超商生意

全聯福利中心今年啟用信用卡服務，打破過去15年不刷卡服務，從1日開放至今一周，累積刷卡金額近3億元，讓量販業中「客單價最高」的好市多相當驚訝。

商發院董事長徐重仁擔任全聯總裁後，由於他喜歡創新，希望通路能提供多元友善服務概念，全聯以後可能加入代收業務、提供洗衣服務，甚至可賣咖啡、霜淇淋，跟超商搶生意。

經濟部統計，今年前11月國內零售業營業額為9,666億元、年增3%。

其中百貨公司營業額為2,623億元、年增3.2%；便利商店營業額達2,536億元、年增3.3%；超級市場營業額為1,453億元、年增4.6%；量販業營業額為1,572億元、年增0.6%。

便利商店目前是僅次百貨業的第二大商業型態，與百貨業差距相當微小；超市過去幾年靠著全聯擴大市場，已逐漸追上量販業。
