朴槿惠：日圓貶 韓經濟有負擔

（中央社台北2014年1月6日電）南韓總統朴槿惠（ParkGeun Hye）表示，弱勢日圓讓經濟有負擔，凸顯出韓元兌日圓升值至5年多來高點，對成長反彈構成的風險。

朴槿惠今天在首爾的1場新年記者招待會中表示，南韓企業應該以減少成本和重組來提高競爭力，因應日圓的貶勢。朴槿惠也宣布刺激內需、重新組織國營企業和推動成長新引擎的3年期經濟計畫。

高盛集團（Goldman Sachs）今天在電郵報告中表示，韓元升值導致貨幣狀況緊縮，恐傷害這個亞洲第4大經濟體，可能促使南韓央行韓國銀行在本週例會下砍政策利率。朴槿惠以維持成長反彈力道為目標，財政部預測今年經濟將從去年的2.8%成長至3.9%。

朴槿惠說：「危機可以化作轉機。弱勢日圓對南韓是個負擔，但南韓比日本早一步展開自由貿易協定。企業必須好好利用這些優勢，加強出口競爭力。」

截止今天為止，彭博社訪調的13位經濟師均預期央行在9日例會中維持利率在2.5%。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
