3D列印零件 英戰鬥機試飛成功

英國航太系統公司宣布，1架裝配3D列印金屬零件的旋風式戰鬥機，去年12月試飛成功；英國航太系統公司說，部分零件造價不到100英鎊（約台幣4920元），未來每年有可能省下數十萬英鎊。

英國航太系統公司說，這架飛機的3D列印組件包括駕駛艙無線電的防護罩、起落架防護裝置及進氣口支架。

航太企業競相尋求以更廉價、更快速的方式製作工程零件。美國國家航空暨太空總署去年8月成功測試3D列印的火箭引擎零件。

英國航太系統公司機身整合主管莫瑞說，「只要你有3D印表機，你可隨心所欲在任何地方生產這些零件，這表示你也能開始支援船隻和航空母艦等平台。如果能把3D印表機送到前線，也能補強傳統上沒有生產支援的地方」。
