台東關山鎮張姓男子婚後，生下1男1女，因重男輕女觀念作祟，常藉故對女童施暴，而與妻子龔女多次發生口角，龔女3年前離家，雖與張以通訊軟體保持聯繫，但張男多次以髒話侮辱龔女，龔女忍無可忍，訴請離婚，案經審理後，法官判准龔女離婚訴求。
