環保回收業堆廢爐渣 宜縣開罰

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭2014年1月4日電）宜蘭龍德工業區內一家環保回收公司任意露天堆置廢瀘渣，廠內排出的廢水又是強鹼，宜蘭縣環保局今天前往取締開罰。

環保局近日發現龍德工業區附近的農地受到污染，查出源頭後，懷疑是當地一家已停業近1年的環保回收公司造成。

環保局今天前往這家環保回收公司稽查，環保局人員目測發現這家公司任意露天堆置約3萬公噸廢瀘渣，廠區周界截流溝溢流到農田附近的水質也高達11.52，呈現對生物有害的強鹼值。

環保局表示，廠商任意露天堆置廢瀘渣，沒有做好相關覆蓋工作，依「空氣污染防制法」開出新台幣10萬至100萬元罰單；強鹼的廢水未經處理就排放，依「水污染防治法」開出11萬元罰單，並要求限期改善，否則將連續開罰。
