遊韓國集體腹瀉 禍首諾羅病毒

（中央社記者陳清芳台北4日電）民眾參加韓國旅遊團近日發生多起集體腹瀉，疾病管制署今天揪出禍首是「諾羅病毒」，通知韓國衛生單位調查，請旅行社換餐。

衛生福利部疾病管制署近日陸續接獲交通部觀光局、國內旅行社通報，14團赴韓國旅行團出現腹瀉、腸胃炎群聚現象，對部分仍有症狀的旅客採檢體送檢驗，共對28人採檢36件檢體，其中4件檢出諾羅病毒、17件陰性、15件檢驗中。

疾管署已掌握旅客412人、其中有症狀者246人，主要症狀為腹瀉、腹痛、嘔吐等。

疾管署指出，韓國衛生單位獲悉後，對曾於當地就醫的10名本國旅客檢體中，也檢出諾羅病毒。

疾管署指出，諾羅病毒是病毒性腸胃炎的常見病原，傳染力強，只要幾個病毒就會致病，接觸或吸到病人的排泄物或嘔吐物，就可能遭到傳染，很容易造成集體食物中毒，症狀持續1到10天，主要為水瀉、嘔吐，可能伴隨頭痛、發燒、腹痛、噁心、肌肉酸痛等，嬰幼兒、老年人、免疫不全旅客症狀可能較嚴重。1030104
