土地銀行新任總經理交接，由高明賢〈右）升任。

土地銀行昨（3）日舉行總經理交接，由在土銀服務38年的副總經理高明賢接任。高明賢表示，作為國內不動產專業銀行，今年將繼續強化銀行內部風險控管，以承辦政府政策性房貸為主要方向。

高明賢還說明國內房貸的承做原則，除主管機關有特別要求豪宅貸款限制，其他一般房屋貸款，都沒有特別的房貸下修措施，完全以當地房市的風險控管和供需狀況而定。關於房貸成數的條件，必須視地點、借款人所得條件來衡量。

高明賢說，目前土銀房貸成長較大的空間，是配合政策的青年成家貸款。占土銀總貸款比例30%左右，總金額約6,500億元，2014年貸款方向仍以承辦青年首購房貸為優先。
