「這是遲來正義！」苗栗大埔四戶昨天逆轉勝訴，個個又驚又喜，但對「張藥房」一家來說百感交集，張元豪昨天燒判決書給亡父張森文，哀嘆「心痛，爸爸等不到了」，希望父親別再掛心人間苦痛，他也發願要把房子蓋回來。

大埔四戶去年七月十八日遭苗栗縣政府突襲拆遷，包括張藥房、朱樹、柯成福以及黃福記等人的房屋，短短六小時內被夷為平地。

「張藥房」老闆張森文去年落水死亡，家人悲慟難平，昨天接到勝訴消息，張家長子張元豪感慨「這個判決結果，有點慢了」，他難過父親無法親自見證，只能把判決書燒給他。

「心情真歡喜」，八十歲的黃福記與妻子黃朱桂花昨天笑得合不攏嘴，他們說，可以睡個好覺了，但也不禁擔心「劉政鴻會不會變卦！」。
