全台監所超收 矯正署決增建獄舍

全台各監所超收情形嚴重，立法院也醞釀減刑，在無結果前，矯正署決定先增建監獄舍房，及接收軍監，紓解受刑人爆滿問題。法務部矯正署長吳憲璋昨到台東戒治所，他表示，全台監所收容人總量上限是5萬4593人，現已收容6萬5220人，平均超收20%，新竹以北監所超收情形甚至達50%，情況比2007年減刑時還嚴重。
