大學教授：大埔案判決 一點都不偉大

苗栗大埔案拆遷4戶勝訴，農團、學者與拆遷4戶上午召開記者會卻沒有喜悅的心情，台北大學教授廖本全哽咽感謝各界，「這樣的判決一點都不偉大，這樣的判決只是救贖！」他說，社會應該進一步要求，不僅房屋蓋回來、土地還回來，他們要土地的基本人權，要「恢復的權力」，更要求賠償的權力，「劉縣長要把這一切賠回來。」

廖本全表示，劉縣長、內政部和行政團隊的責任，社會一定要究責到底，台灣才能改變。他說，拆遷戶違背了什麼法令，為什麼可以被拆光？「這叫強凌弱，政府站在市場、炒作者那邊，欺負社會的弱者」，大埔案在司法上，早就該喊停了。但政府、內政部所有委員會，沒有喊停，更成為背書的工具。

廖本全說，大埔案歸根究底必須要修法，包括土地徵收條例、都市計畫法，「政府拿來對付人民的武器，必須要修改。」
