（中央社台北2014年1月3日電）社群網站臉書（Facebook Inc. US-FB）被控告有系統的攔截使用者私人訊息，並且將數據與廣告主和行銷人員共享以謀取利益。

根據這份訴狀，當使用者書寫包括包括鏈接第3者網站的訊息時，臉書會掃描這個訊息的內容、跟隨這個鏈接路徑尋找資訊，以描繪出發送訊息者的網路活動輪廓。此舉已違反電子通訊隱私權法（ElectronicCommunications Privacy Act）和加州隱私權和不公平競爭的法律。

2名臉書使用者在向加州聖荷西市（San Jose）聯邦法庭送交的訴狀中說，此種作法破壞隱私權和臉書為其訊息功能採取「空前」安全措施選擇的承諾。

由於網路的使用快速膨脹，以及使用者越來越瞭解網路公司經常在他們不知情下洩露多少他們的個資，對網路公司和社群網站的訴訟案倍增。

谷歌公司（Google Inc. US-GOOG）、雅虎公司（Yahoo! Inc. US-YHOO）和LinkedIn Corp. (LNKD) 也都面臨為謀利犧牲使用者和非使用者，攔截通訊的指控。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
