產業復甦氣弱 需求保守

主計總處昨（26）日公布8月工業及服務業職務空缺率為2.59%，低於今年2月的表現。主計總處指出，下半年各產業未見明顯復甦，導致人力需求仍顯保守。然而，受學用落差影響，今年也有近三成業者大嘆招募遭遇困難。

主計總處統計8月工業及服務業空缺人數18.7萬人，空缺率2.59%，雖高於去年同期的2.47%，但受到下半年景氣復甦力道不振影響，和今年2月的2.6%相比，空缺率不增反減，顯示勞動市場仍未明顯改善。

主計總處官員解釋，空缺率為各業者職缺人數占受雇員工及職缺人數的比率。當景氣熱絡時，企業常因業務量增加，對人力需求相對提高，若企業此時未能立即募得人力滿足需求，空缺人數就會增加；反之若景氣趨緩，空缺率也會下降，此時由於工作難找，失業率通常會上升。
