手機聲控輪椅 助身障者移動

（中央社記者許秩維台北2013年12月24日電）受日本作家乙武洋匡及生命鬥士尼克精神感動，城市科大學生研發藍芽語音輪椅，以手機聲控電動輪椅移動，幫助更多身障者。

台北城市科技大學電腦與通訊工程系學生何紹楷、陳勇綸、王昶文、黃正廷設計的藍芽語音輪椅，幫助身障者聲控電動輪椅，在經濟部工業局舉行的2013通訊大賽中獲得優秀作品獎。

何紹楷說，受到乙武洋匡自傳和澳洲生命鬥士尼克的感動，希望效法兩人精神幫助更多身障朋友，因此和同學一起研發用聲控就能操作的輪椅，讓身障者其他人的協助，也能行動自由。

這個研究團隊在電動輪椅加裝藍芽連線裝置，並在手機加裝程式讓兩者連線，身障者透過手機，就能控制電動輪椅。

手機端的APP程式能利用電子羅盤輔助計算角度和距離讓輪椅移動，透過聲控下達指令，電動輪椅就能前進或後退，家中電器設備若加裝藍芽接收的裝置，也能透過APP操作使用。
