大家好。 小弟在10/11，加入某保全公司，約定薪資34K。 因公司約定薪資與實際薪資差異過大，故與11月底提出離職，並在12/5離職完成。隨後在10號領取薪水時發現薪資被不正常的扣減。 為保全自己權益，我去勞保局調查投保紀錄。結果赫然發現，自己的投保日期起始時間是11/5，並非10/11，且保額只有19200。 現在在填寫調解申請書，不知道如何計算勞健保的不足差額。 故上版請教。 問題： 小弟約定薪資34K。 1.10月勞健保，應求償多少？ 10月勞退不難算，但勞健保我算不太出來。 2.11月勞健保，應求償多少？ 因11/5後，才以19200加保… 好難算… 3.12月勞保，應求償多少？ 12月的健保，應該是小弟的新公司支出無誤。 主要是19200的勞健保跟實際薪資34K的勞健保差額計算算到昏頭… 11/1~11/4跟11/5~11/30，算法就不同…快昏了。 感謝大大們解答… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.173.200
