擴大平盤下賣出 有助台股量能

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2013年12月23日電）主管機關自 9月23日起擴大平盤以下可融券或借券賣出標的，台灣證券交易所表示，實施後集中市場每日信用交易資券互抵成交值增加新台幣13.2億元，成長約10%。

金融監督管理委員會推出「股市三箭」，其中包括自營商可在個股漲跌停時買賣、擴大平盤以下可融券或借券賣出標的都已實施，證交所今天說明明年元月 6日起開放先買後賣現股當沖的實際執行細節。

針對已經上路3個月的平盤以下可融券或借券賣出標的，證交所統計，除信用交易資券相抵成交值成長10%外，平均每日平盤以下融券及借券賣出成交金額增加8億元，成長18%。

證交所表示，平盤以下可融券或借券賣出標的實施後對提升成交量極有幫助，從事當沖的投資人不用擔心融資買進後，證券價格若在平盤下，無法進行融券賣出沖銷，刺激資券相抵的成交金額。
