強調未侵害 Nokia 專利，HTC One 系列手機德國持續供貨中

早前我們報導指出，HTC 因專利問題而可能無法在德國販售兩款手機的報導，已經獲得 HTC 官方回應。

HTC 官方在稍早之前以簡訊告知，目前該公司多款 Android 智慧型手機依舊能在德國境內開賣，尚未受到任何影響。

在早前的報導中，HTC 多款 Android 智慧型手機因侵犯 Nokia 歐洲的 1 246 071 號專利而遭到 Nokia 提告。

就目前情況來看，Nokia 雖然贏得專利官司，但 HTC 仍能夠如英國市場般，繼續在德國市場販售多款 HTC One 系列產品，包含了 HTC One mini 與 New HTC One。另一方面，HTC 也強調並未侵害 1 246 071 號專利，同時也認為該專利實屬無效，該公司將針對此案繼續向德國聯邦專利法院上訴。
