（中央社記者黃旭昇基隆市2013年12月22日電）基隆黃色小鴨策展單位表示，根據市府交通旅遊處、鐵路、客運的三方估算，至今天下午4時，賞黃小鴨人潮已突破10萬人次。

基隆市今天傍晚下起小雨，氣溫也相當低、空氣品質也不佳，觀賞遊客仍然很多。

今天是基隆黃色小鴨活動展出的第2天，但是因空氣髒汙，加上下雨、冷氣團襲台，小鴨的外觀在展出2天就留下髒髒的汙漬，人潮不如原本預期。
