張虔生訪 陳菊：停工無人勝利

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄2013年12月22日電）高雄市長陳菊今天接見日月光董事長張虔生，陳菊促業者儘速提出改善計畫；她說，停工是沉重艱難的決定，沒有人勝利。

張虔生感謝市府在短時間內就給日月光有和市府溝通的機會，盼依法儘速復工，以保障客戶和員工的權益。

日月光電子公司因為違規排放廢水，高市府20日勒令停工，並在環保署協助計算業者的不法利得是新台幣1億1000萬元，也就是市府要裁罰業者的金額。

張虔生率高階主管到市府拜訪陳菊，陳菊說，日月光停工的決定是艱難和沉重的，相信張虔生的心情也是沉重的；不過，她表示過程都是依法處理，在停工事件中沒有人勝利。陳菊並表達市府對企業是友善的。

雙方晤談只開放媒體採訪約10分鐘即展開閉門會議。陪同張虔生的日月光高階主管，包括營運長吳田玉、副總經理周光春等人。
