美國量化寬鬆（QE）將溫和退場，雖然台股隨國際股市走升，但高檔賣壓仍在，上周五（20日）終場僅上漲1點，守住8,400點大關，終結周線連二黑，但未創今年新高點。

根據證交所統計，上周僅外資站在買方，對台股買超18.8億元，投信賣超1.5億元、自營商賣超14.4億元。

封測大廠日月光雖然爆出排廢水汙染後勁溪事件，K7廠遭到勒令停工。不過外資仍然力挺，上周持續買超15.6萬張。然而，投信就不買帳，賣超第二名就是日月光，一口氣出貨1.4萬張。

鴻海日前宣布要到美國設廠，目前在美國投資額約4,000萬美元（約新台幣11.8億元），未來投資額將會是十倍以上，另外，鴻海投資印尼的計劃也預計在春節後啟動；外資上周大買鴻海3.1萬張回應，但自營商反而賣超鴻海0.5萬張，與外資對做。
