桃園航空城審議 將過關

看好將帶動2.3兆元經濟效益的桃園航空城，預計本周四（26日）可望獲得內政部通過都市計畫審議；航空城特定區都市計畫區段徵收達3,233公頃，是台灣有史以來最大的開發案。

航空城計畫大致分為「蛋黃」及「蛋白」兩個部分。「蛋黃」部分，交通部在桃園國際機場第三跑道、第三航廈及自由貿易港區、航太維修製造等，已有相當的規劃；「蛋白」的產業專區是由桃園縣政府開發。

續規劃方向包括「行政及金融」、「文創科研產業」、「台灣門戶」、「物流經貿」及「樂活優質住宅」等「五大」重點發展地區，今年下半年已開始招商。

桃園縣長吳志揚表示，擘劃桃園縣發展藍圖，對外要靠航空城，打造全亞太最大的會議中心，賺全球國際服務財。

桃園縣明年12月25日升格，成為全台第六個直轄市。吳志揚認為，屆時航空城將不再只是紙上談兵，會開始動起來，成為帶動桃園縣與全台灣經濟成長的重要火車頭。
