蔡淑臻為代言塑身衣，模特兒身材更瘋狂瘦身，每周跳3、4次有氧運動，一次達40分鐘，為練魔鬼身材向極限挑戰，每次總要跳到累躺在地上，大喊：「媽呀！」還好運動有成果，體力變好、褲子變鬆，發現自己臀圍小了一吋。

蔡淑臻19歲時第一次代言果凍內衣，外表冷豔的她，當年卻走可愛路線，配樂還是「蝙蝠俠」，但當年她是小模，酬勞約5千元，事隔19年再代言，酬勞一翻成200萬，足足翻了40倍。

她和男友李沛旭戀情越來越高調，被問男友可不可以幫她挑內衣，蔡淑臻說：「當然可以啊，還可以跟我進更衣間幫我換！」她說2人相處就像父女，李沛旭每天幫她準備便當盒帶水果、煲湯，十足好男人。
