法院駁回威盛提起沈振來等四人再議案

據最新消息指出，威盛控告祥碩與華碩的侵權訴訟案，法院已在今日稍早「駁回」威盛提起之再議案，也就是威盛針對華碩執行長沈振來及祥碩總經理林哲偉等四人不予起訴之處分，再次提起的再議案，遭法院駁回，將不予處理。

據華碩公司在下午5時44分傳送的法院決議文件照片顯示，威盛就沈振來先生及林哲偉先生等四個人不予起訴之處分提起再議，華碩在剛剛收到法院決議，法院已駁回威盛提起之再議案，此案不予處理。
