台壽併入中信金 龍邦獲利將大補

「台灣人壽併入中信金，對龍邦很補；只要中信發1元股利，龍邦至少可發0.8元。」

台壽保董事長朱炳昱昨（20）日首度暢談整併案對龍邦的獲利貢獻，並揭櫫龍邦未來三大發展主軸。

台壽保與中信金換股後，整體股東將持股中信金8.5%股權，其中龍邦將持有3.2%、台灣銀行約1.8%。對於未來是否進入中信金擔任董事或出任其他職務，朱炳昱說，「先放空自己吧！未來會花比較大心血去管理龍邦，全力經營。」

朱炳昱準備把未來龍邦營運分成三大主軸，分別是房地產、醫療生技以及投資業。
