各位好，想請教一下勞基法是否有規定加班補休的時數，是要以加班一小時來兌換補休一小時呢?? 也就是說必須1:1的換算?!! 因為以下的並沒有清楚的說明~~ 行政院勞工委員會79年9月21日臺(79)勞動2字第22155號函之解釋: 「雇主依勞動基準法第三十二條第一項規定延長勞工工作時間，應發給延時工資，同法第二十四條第一、二款已有明訂：至於勞工於延長工作時間後，如同意選擇補休而放棄領取延長工資，固為法所不禁，惟有關補休標準等事宜亦當由勞雇雙方自行協商決定。」麻煩幫忙解答了謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.122.160
