彰化電鍍廠排放廢水案，農糧署抽驗4家公糧倉庫、2家民糧倉庫，合計採樣11件樣本送驗，昨晚檢驗出爐，鎘、汞、鉛、鉻、鎳、鋅、砷全數合格。

農糧署表示，根據食米重金屬限量標準，鎘為0.4ppm、汞0.05ppm、鉛0.2ppm，11件樣本皆未檢出（ND），僅其中1件可檢出微量鎘0.07ppm，在殘留容許範圍之內。

其餘5項國內未定標準，農糧署依正常背景值比對。鉻背景值為0.1-5.45ppm，11件皆未檢出；鎳背景值是0.1-3.75ppm，檢出值為0.7-1.6ppm；銅背景值為0.05-7.6ppm，檢出3.32-4.34；鋅背景值為0.05-70.1ppm，檢出18.3-21.6；砷是0.1-0.63ppm，檢出0.07-0. 16。

該背景值來自藥毒所2004年一分藥物食品分析報告，調查全台417件台灣米在正常情況下殘留物含量。
