日職／老潛水艇圓美夢 渡邊俊介穿紅襪

同樣是赴美圓夢，有人困難重重，也有人一帆風順。

日職著名潛水艇投手渡邊俊介，下一站的停靠點將是「波士頓港」。以較少見且困難的下勾投法，曾助千葉羅德奪得日職總冠軍的渡邊，與紅襪簽下小聯盟合約，實現赴美挑戰大聯盟的夢想。

渡邊開心地說，「能夠如願挑戰大聯盟感到非常興奮。」日本製造已在大聯盟殿堂獲得品質保證，但從未有像渡邊的投球方式，「希望能在大聯盟證明日本製的潛水艇同樣性能卓越。」

37歲的渡邊在日職已拚戰13個球季，生涯都待在羅德，拿下87勝82敗，最大特點為出手點世界最低，幾乎觸碰地面。

前兩屆經典賽都入選日本隊的渡邊，近5年成績走下坡，但受到上原浩治今年成功在大聯盟投出一片天的鼓舞，決定把握生涯晚期，人生中可能是最後也是唯一的機會實現夢想，主動要求成為自由球員。
