（中央社記者高照芬台北2013年12月16日電）台股早盤下跌，台北外匯市場觀望氣氛濃，新台幣兌美元匯率盤初走升；上午9時30分匯價為29.608元，升值8.1分。

匯銀人士表示，台股開盤下跌8點，台北匯市新台幣匯率今天以29.700元，貶值1.1分開盤後，外匯買賣多為實質性拋補，新台幣盤初呈升值走勢。
