擅闖管制站還嗆聲 警被記過調職

大同分局警員夏偉文、孫于哲休假騎車行經台八線中橫公路管制站遭攔阻，與管制站的保全人員起口角，全程被民眾拍下PO網。台北市警大同分局調查後公布懲處結果，將夏記小過並調職警備隊、孫記申誡，派出所主管連帶處分申誡。

警方調查，從警24年的夏偉文（40歲）與同樣愛好騎車的學弟孫于哲（21歲），本月13日休假租黃牌大型重型機車外出兜風，欲通行台八線中橫公路37公里管制站時，被管制人員勸阻。夏想硬闖管制站，還大聲嗆聲「我闖管制站，了不起我罰錢」、「你有公權力嗎？」

管制人員蒐證報警，目擊民眾覺得兩人太囂張，錄影後將影片放上網路。台北市大同警分局督察組昨天約談夏、孫，認定兩人行為不當，予以懲處。

孫于哲因無大型重型機車駕照上路駕駛，台中警方已依違反道路交通管理處罰條例開罰。
