不排除傳喚董座 日月光：尊重

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年12月15日電）高雄檢調今搜索日月光 (2311) K7廠等處，近日內不排除傳喚日月光董事長張虔生。日月光表示，尊重司法，全力配合檢調行動。

高雄檢調偵辦日月光被控蓄意排放污水案，為補強相關證據，檢調今天搜索日月光K7廠等處，帶回監視器主機、文件等相關證據。

雄檢說，本案偵查動作從未停過，案情正擴大發展，不排除傳喚張虔生。

日月光今晚回應表示，尊重司法，全力配合檢調行動。
