五木沒詳實以報 「一定會開罰」

五木拉麵蔬菜口味添加銅葉綠素鈉，南投縣衛生局將依食品衛生管理法一行為一罰，食品科長謝伶華今天說，五木拉麵在自有品牌與代工品牌中，共有十三品項添加銅葉綠素鈉，將個別開罰，每一品項可開罰三至三百萬。

而五木拉麵代工品牌延誤一天通報衛生局，謝伶華說，廠商沒有詳實以報是事實，因此「一定會開罰」，此行為會依其犯意裁罰三至三百萬。
