一個月前我請人從香港代購一雙鞋
我也在七天內向他提出瑕疵退貨
然後他一直跟我耗說
什麼公司有規定買方原因退貨要付來回運費
他一開始就沒有說啊
而且台灣消基會 不是說七天內提出退貨 可以不用額外付費??
