遠雄新竹首案　最快12月初推

【劉曉霞／台北報導】看好竹北後市，遠雄在新竹首個建案最快將在今年底前推出，初步規劃中大坪數。此外，遠雄還將在新莊、中和推出新案，由於這3案都仍在申請建照中，最快12月初正式公開。

遠雄今年已在新竹竹北取得3塊土地，總計遠雄今年已砸下近60億元在竹北購地，竹北土地庫存已超過2800坪。遠雄建設副總經理黃志鴻指出，竹北3筆土地的總銷各約30億元上下，總計未來可推案量高達90億元。
