標題[問題] 大社觀音山疑似棄養狗兒

剛騎自行車行經觀音山時，發現疑似有人棄養狗兒，開車的是一位禿頭的阿伯我經過他們車的時候看到阿伯打開後座似乎是在呼狗兒下車，當時沒發現異狀就繼續往前騎了，沒想到沒3分鐘車子就從我身旁呼嘯而過，我回頭時就看到狗兒在追那台車了，不過追不久就放棄了。我後來繞回去時這隻狗而已經跟在一位徒步健行的阿伯身邊走。另外我有記下那台車的車號，有管道可以檢舉嗎？ -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.30.71
