邊開車邊吸毒　太High撞車遭逮

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆七堵派出所警員在天晚間7時許接獲報案，表示在八德路有小客車與曳引車車禍，雙方駕駛爭吵不休，警方到達現場反而先聞到小客車傳來陣陣刺鼻的塑膠味，經搜查發現62歲王姓駕駛的車內置物箱有9包安非它命，重約2.89公克。

 王男向警方坦承，因為想要提神所以自己邊開車邊吸毒，想不到越開越興奮竟撞上曳引車，警方最後依危險駕駛與違反毒品防制條例將王男移送法辦。
