達人診所僱密醫　名義負責人林品如今到案

經多位藝人推薦的「達人診所」，被踢爆僱用密醫為患者埋線塑身減重，還使用來路不明的幹細胞、肉毒桿菌等醫美產品，檢調上月搜索其北、中、南的連鎖分店，並約談實際負責人孫偉中、密醫胡煥昌，以及診所10多名員工，而名義負責人林品如因出國，5日才被約談報案。

這間診所曾被檢舉找密醫治禿頭，造成病患頭皮流血，當時負責人因此遭判刑，這次又被人踢爆，雇用沒有醫師資格的胡煥昌在中山分店看診，還幫病患埋線雕塑、瘦身，欺騙消費者安全。

檢調握有看診影片等證據，孫、胡涉嫌《藥事法》、《醫師法》被法院聲押，但胡煥昌以20萬元交保，孫偉中則被裁定收押。
